Shangri-La Cricket Academy runs a FREE CRICKET CLINIC every weekend - saturday for under previleged kids. We get children from different communities and motivate them to learn cricket with our qualified coaches and special celebritiy every week. We strongly believe that Sports is one of the best platforms to revive childhood and help them being a disciplined individuals.

Shangri-La Cricket Academy also plans to set up more cricket training centres in different parts of Nepal. No doubt, Cricket has a future in Nepal and we could be on the top if we can develop the basic infrastructure of training facilities. Unfortunately Nepal does not have training academies/centres. Hence by establishing more of a similar kind we can work on the grass root level and nurture the talent for our future stars.

Shangri-La Cricket Academy plans to promote cricket training in other areas of Nepal. So we are building one more cricket training centre in MahendraNagar which is on the far western of Nepal. This area is often neglected by the central cricket regions but we strongly believe the talent and keeness the local cricketers have it. The contruction is on full swing and we should complete it by end June 09. We are building this cricket academy with our own sources. Please donate generously.
